Spent ages researching plug and play spike lights and glad I did because the lucena Alvaled range are great. Took less than ten minutes to fix 3 lights together, fittings were simple but secure and waterproof. Lights are solid and well made and the ability to add your own bulb gives the flexibility of lighting different areas with different light intensity. You will need at least 5 watts and most likely more to light a small tree. Most important advice is to go for a higher wattage transformer so you can add more lights at a later stage.
