I was very impressed to receive my trousers so quickly in time for my holiday, sadly the pair I really needed the navy blue had a small flaw but in a really noticeable place.
When I enquired about sending them back I was informed that they would only reimburse for 2nd class post not tracked etc.
I was not happy that with that and decided I would send both pairs back and pay the tracked postage. You have refunded me for the items but not even the 2nd class postage.
Will order these through Amazon in future.
