Ordered some tops which turned out to be a lot shorter than the pictures showed. I also wanted something soft inside as I had just had some serious surgery. These were very scratchy and unsuitable. I enquired about return postage costs as these weren’t fit for my purpose and was told in no in certain terms that I had to pay the return postage. I received my refund minus the original postage costs. I won’t be using them again - other companies seem to realise we live in an online world and deal with returns in a much more combiner friendly way. Very disappointed with the product and the ensuing customer service.
