So i had found a holiday deal on their website where it said i can secure the booking by paying the deposit of £59 per person. So i had paid this deposit per person to secure the price i had found for this holiday, however once i had paid the deposit the money was taken out of my account and i had received an email saying that the order is pending. few hours later i get another email saying that they could not confirm the booking as the price of the flight has now changed and that i have to pay £80 extra for this. So basically i was mislead by the information on their website as it stated that the price can be SECURED with the deposit but even after paying the deposit my price was not secure and i was then told i need to pay extra in order to secure my booking. I had called love holidays and spoke to a customer support agent who then informed me that they are facing issues with the flight team, so because of their internal issues, me as a customer is now having to suffer for their incapability of running a business smoothly and i am having to face the charges for this. This is really frustrating as the whole point of paying the deposit which i had done was to secure the booking price on their website.
