Abysmal!! Email to say order dispatched then next day say it’s out of stock and did I want a refund or alternative. I rang the number and just got answerphone. Said I wanted a refund. 2 days later I get another email saying order dispatched. Nothing has arrived, no refund and no contact.
Very poor service and I still don’t know what’s happening
