These shoes are beautiful. The negative is that they are very large for the size ordered. I am always a size 4 so ordered size 4. I put them on, loved them then jumped in car to go shopping. On walking to the shops they started slopping so badly that I couldn't walk properly. I went to nearest shop and bought insoles and scissors. I cut the insoles to size 4 and they didn't even touch the sides and shoes still slopped. Cut the second pair of insoles to size 6 and they fitted but shoes still slopped. Managed to limp around to finish shopping. As I had cut label off and worn I could not return them. I had to order some thick heel grips which have helped but what a lot of fuss to wear these shoes. Disappointed as I have bought many Lotus shoes, size 4, with no issues. Not sure if sizing is out on these or they are incorrectly labelled '4'.
