I called to get some information regarding custom molded shoes that I had made through the doctor's office with this place in 2020, owner was very unprofessional, she wasn't willing to help or even hear me out. she hung up on me the first time and said they no longer do custom-molded shoes/boots. Why does your website have it then? she was so rude and in a rush to get off the phone.
