Oh my goodness,thought we were purchasing a wonderful dog crate. Well upon opening, the latch to open was welded on wrong and completely the wrong way!.
My son also cut his arm on the very sharp metal threshold!. Ideal for a puppy ... not!.
Phoned and was told I would have a refund, but it was not processed, so I had to chase again!. And also had to chase for them to collect the faulty not fit for purpose crate even though I’d been told it was being collected on a certain day and waited in.
Will never use this company again. Very disappointing.
