From the moment I stepped into LOOK LOVELY LONDON, I was greeted by Katrina a lovely friendly receptionist, who immediately put me at ease. I was having Morpheus 8 treatment the first type of face treatment to give me a healthier younger appearance, so was a little nervous! Mellissa was doing the treatment and I cannot rate her highly enough, she was so easy to talk to re any concerns I had, she explained everything and put me at ease. She really has a caring patient nature which made me feel very comfortable. I never felt rushed. Mellissa is very professional and the results are amazing, just what I was hoping for.
