A very competitive price and the Miele larder fridge was available ex-stock. I did phone to ask if I could collect and was told "yes that is OK". I then asked what reduction could be had for collecting. The reply was "NONE - we have a standard £40 delivery charge which is fixed and I could get no discount for collecting". I let them deliver.
