Meodow and Roy were extremely helpful to this type A New Yorker's many Qs who has not traveled with her children for quite a while--pre-pandemic. I found them to be efficient, friendly and timely. I am looking forward to our stay in Mayfair.
They got back to me in a timely way even accounting for 5 hour time difference.
