All LDC operatives were helpful, tidy and considerate and took time to go over the detailed aspects of the job, consulting us over decisions and keeping us informed during the works. Once our old timber decking was taken up, we discovered rot in our existing flat roof and had to pause the decking works for about three weeks until our roofing contractor could rectify this. LDC were able to accommodate this delay and once roofing works were complete, were quick to return to site and carry on with the new decking. The team worked every day in all weathers and arrived promptly each morning. They took photographs of the work at different stages to inform the project manager and maintain quality control. Carpets and floor finishes were protected with clear plastic and everything was cleared and left clean at the end of the job. We would have no hesitation in recommending LDC.
