An excellent and intensive course and introduction to mediation and totally recommended. Highly professional facilitators. Mediation is a practical skill that requires lots of practice which the course provides, with sound constructive feedback at every stage. Intense because the course puts you suitably out of your comfort zone, again required to bring Mediation within your comfort zone. One star less than 5 because the high standards of the course leaders earlier in the week were not sustained on the final day when assessments took place. I'm sure a one-off.
