Although booking was very easy, the price seemed excellant, and staff seemed lovely. I was rarher preplexed at how wrong the estimates were. When asked an approximate weight for our baby we were told about 4 pounds. Being 30 weeks i thought this rather big so i asked. The ladies said that it was within guidlines. As i had complications and was due to be induced early i had been worried the baby would be small hence booking thus scan but this scan reassured me that the baby was a good size. 4 weeks later i went to the hospital and had a growth scan using a much older machine then the one at window to the whomb and was told baby was only 2 lbs 5. Although i understand these are estimates. Thats a very big difference especially considering it was 4 weeks after this privarlte scan. I felt very upset. And thought it to be such a waste of money. Turns out that although the equipment is state of the art the staff have no idea what they are doing. I sent a letter of complaint giving both window to the whomb scan estimates and the hospitals 4 weeks later. To this company and got nothing back. Needless to say my daughter was born at 36 weeks weighing 6 lbs. Meaning the hospitals 20 year old machine was correct. And window to the whomb either make there estimates up or they have no clue what they are messuring either way would not reccommend. AVOID
