My experience of London Lawn Turf Company has been entirely positive from start to finish. LLTC were quick to respond to my online enquiry and provided a comprehensive and reasonable quote. LLTC had not been recommended to me by a friend so I was a little nervous about using them based on their online reviews only but I am glad I did. The team of installers worked very hard to deliver the project (including coming back the next day to make sure that they did a thorough job), were polite, professional and tidied up at the end of the day. Extra topsoil was required to ensure that the turf lay at the right level adjacent to a preexisting patio. This had not been factored in the quote so I was not charged extra for this additional soil.
