Turf laid quickly and efficiently and the men who laid it were pleasant and polite, and very thoughtful about not messing up our home:) only gripes are that one of the edges isn't straught and also we were given no after care instructions apart from not to walk on it for 2-3 weeks. It would have been helpful to have more info on how to care for our turf and some follow up
