My arrival was delayed due to covid... was randomly pulled out of the queue and this was no fault of my own. So I was delayed by 20 min and the first thing the driver greeted me with was "you're late, that's an exta 5 pounds." I had him call management, and they removed the fee, which was nice and professional. But the driver could use some basic customer service training.
