I used LED to do an EICR and then replace fire alarms, both of which provided needed landlord certificates for my flat. They were helpful, well administrated, turned up on time and were flexible (e.g. replacing an immersion timeclock while doing the main work).
Particularly on the fire alarm requirement, I had initially had a really poor experience with another company who didn't turn up twice, and were really trying to fleece me for the work, so can totally recommend LED.
