Phenomenal service. I'd recommend this company to anyone, especially after we'd experienced a pretty horrific incident (a forced entry on the front door that had left it in splinters and ripped the door frame off). Even though it was late when we called, Rashid arrived in less than an hour, after giving us a very reasonable quote on the phone in advance. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, explaining everything clearly even as he worked on restoring the door, which was very reassuring after what we'd been through and greatly appreciated. Somehow, he restored the frame and left us with a door that was more than simply serviceable; he stayed until it was strong and secure, and then he returned the next day to quickly replace the damaged lock, all while sticking to his original quote. In short: fantastic work, honest and extremely friendly. I'd recommend R&M in a heartbeat to anyone needing the expertise of a great locksmith.
