Great customer service!! I knew what was going on at all times, which is important when you’re locked out!! Rashid arrived promptly and got straight on with the task of letting us in. It was complicated but he managed it in the end without destroying our front door!! Once in he quickly found the cause of the problem, fitted a replacement latch without changing the barrel which means no new keys for the kids, grandchildren etc… In summary, top notch and highly recommended.
