The response and actioning of a mortgage by London and Country is very swift and greatly appreciated.
My only dislike is the presumption that we'd take up the conveyancers L&C suggests, to the point they're contacting me even after I've told L&C who I'm using and they're to de-instruct for me. And 3 weeks on from getting my mortgage approved and we're having to tell the mortgage provider directly the correct conveyancers' details. Along with the L&C suggested conveyancers contacting me directly 3 weeks on from receiving my mortgage offer. Not appreciated.
