Easy straight forward process over the phone,beat all remortgage offers my local independent broker or myself could find.Local broker advised same company as L&C,L&C offer was a fraction cheaper ,over 5yrs it adds up plus no fees to pay them directly ( L&C get paid via commission which they are very up front about ). They recommend Premier Lawyers for conveyancing,legal work which I used as it was just a re-mortgage ..... this alone saved me over £1300 compared to local conveyancers,this was all done on-line,scanning papers etc.No problems what so ever,have suggested them to friends,family,will use them again in 5yrs !!
