Overall positive but I did need to chase up a good few times for confirmation that the process was running smoothly. A few times I was asked for something, so I sent it, but no confirmation was sent that it had been recieved.
Also, I had emails from at least 4 different people - it would have been easier dealing with 1 but i understand that this is probably hard.
Also, on the day on exchanging contracts, the 2 main people who I had contact with were on elave
