We love the product but felt that is should be much clearer that this is not a DIY job, it is very complex to put together. We did not have enough rungs for the ladder and it took a while to get sorted, BUT, the way you managed the problem was excellent and I know you did everything you could do in the right way, it was just the manufacturer faffing around. We got them in the end and it's a brilliant item
