I love it! To be honest it’s not bread but it’s so low cal and fills you up I can replace my carbs with lo do and a bonus is that it helps me go to the toilet (sorry for the detail) which I have had issues with in the past! Not with lo do.. such a good product... pretty expensive for what it is I’m sure it’s over priced for how expensive it is to make but it is the only product of its kind out there so can’t really complain. Only slight issue I have is with the packaging.. i usually only have 1 every couple of days and once you’ve opened the pack the other one dries out - suggest putting 6 in a pack with an air tight zip lock to save plastic, avoiding packaging each individually - more user friendly.
