John was kind enough to give us advice about our front door lock problem in the first instance. We followed that advice but the lock mechanism was completely gone. John came out two days later as it wasn’t an emergency for us, and fitted a new lock, complete with 5 keys. He also very kindly adjusted the front door as it was slightly out of align. We didn’t ask him to do this, he did it as a gesture on noticing the issue and at no extra charge. John was very courteous throughout. He quoted us beforehand and the invoice was the same as quoted. Great job all round. We would definitely contact John again if we need a locksmith. Many thanks.
