Kevin sorted out a problem with my door which had a hard to source specialist lock, two other locksmiths turned the work down, but Kevin rose to the challenge, located a supplier, kept me informed every step of the way and when the part arrived, came over the same day and fitted it. Exemplary service, customer care and excellent interpersonal skills. I’m a businessman myself and find that some businesses rarely have all three, occasionally none at all, but Kevin is a ‘cut above’’ the rest. I don’t say any of the above lightly, It’s human nature, that if you give praise at all, it can sometimes be short and sweet, but if someone has a complaint, they’re usually prepared to write a novel. In my case, I prefer to give praise where praise is due. Finally, let me quote my hero, the flawed genius who was Brian Clough, who once said, but I do paraphrase, “I wouldn’t say Kevin was the best locksmith in the business, but he is in the top one.” All the best Kevin, great job and service.
