My tenant broke a key in their bedroom lock. Called another Locksmiths (won’t say who), who told me they would be there in 20 minutes. Waited for them for over an hour and they didn’t turn up, despite ring them several times. I phoned LockRite who attended at the property within fifteen minutes. Removed the broken key from the lock within 5 minutes. I’m really happy, because I didn’t have to get a new lock for the bedroom.
