i called an out of hours number expecting an answer phone and got a brilliant call handler and directed me to Neil the locksmith, after a 5 minute call agreed a time to fix the problem the following day! Neil arrived on time and spent around an hour reviewing the problems cleaned various parts and replaced the locks! one of the doors was a bit of a challenge where the previous owners had tried to fix the problem and caused more harm than good. Neil was upto the job and resolved the problems with both doors within an hour absolutely fantastic customer service
