Came when they said they would, very helpful man, problem was caused by because the door had dropped, so he repositioned all the catches & that solved the problem, then he said “well, you’ve paid for an hour, I’ll just have a look at your front door “ & that was beginning to get the same problem so he fixed that for no extra charge, would definitely use them again
