Very poor safety checks on businesses. I have used Local Surveyor Direct to find an architect for a single storey extention. I have contacted one Victoria Browne which turned out to be a fraud. Paid her first installment and never heard back from her. Local Surveyors Direct confirmed that they have previously had complaints on this person so they have taken her off the site. She is still showing under different address!
