I asked for an electronic to come out and quote me before he carried out the job. The advisor who called was rude and gave in correct time scales for engineer to come out. When engineer turn up, didn't go by any government guide line for mask cover for his face, he walk in with his shoes on didn't give me a quote and started on the job and accepted me to pay. When I said no he said with out doing the job he couldn't advice how much it would be. He put things back and left. I never had such poor customer service in my life..
