Requested estimates for a detached house probate valuation. Received several suggestions with estimated prices. One company was mentioned twice with two different prices, one of which was the lowest. Asked them for a quote and received a price 70% higher than the site had suggested which does not engender trust in either this site nor the surveyors. Other surveyor quotes were identical to the Surveyors Direct estimate. This suggests that Surveyors Direct need to police their client surveyors much more closely.
