I went on the website but left blank what I required to be advised on. Instead of getting a message back asking what my requirement was ( or "please fill in requirements" message ) I got messages from local surveyors direct offering me a house electrical check for £180 and various other irrelevant replies. The website should have asked what I wanted to enquire about rather than just sending me random emails of no relevance to me. Very poor website.
