I used the Homeowners Alliance website for advice on getting updated EPC. Very simple to get 5 suggestions very quickly but within minutes was getting phone calls "I am in area, could visit tomorrow". The last thing I expected was to be hassled for my business and it should be made clear if you share your details you will be "cold called". If I use any of recommendations it will be tp a person/company who hasn't contacted me.
