It was OK - however, I wanted to read through the surveyors and contact them myself, which I did when I found someone suitable on the list. However, I was inundated with emails from surveyors, and it went on for a good couple of weeks. It got incredibly confusing when I mistook one of them for the one I had already booked to complete a survey, and almost booked two by accident! I think it should be up to the person searching whether or not they want to be contacted, however I saw no option for this.
