Sorry JJ, I was disappointed. We need a surveyor because of a dispute with a solar panel firm. Longer story but the nub here is I need a surveyors opinion of the roof and structure. All the people I heard from (and others) simply quoted for a home buyers survey, not for a specific defect - or not as the case may be.
