The prices quoted were good, however, when individual surveyors contacted me their prices jumped up in many cases by 50% plus. This meant that I had to carry on speaking to each individual company to compare different prices, which was rather frustrating as I had thought that was the purpose of the comparison site!! I did eventually hire the services of one surveyor who price matched the comparison site
