I needed two EPC surveys carried out, one in Morpeth and one in Nuneaton. The former was done by Allison Jones of Greenlight Surveys, and the latter by Daniel Wallis of Midlands EPC, and I have no hesitation in recommending both surveyors. However, the first surveyor I tried to contact for the Nuneaton property, Graham Clough of epccheapest did not return either of my phone calls despite my leaving voice messages nor did he respond to my written messages. Presumably the name of his company is accurate insofar as he costs nothing because he doesn't do the work!
