Put in the address of the property to be surveyed, five companies sent a quote straight away, two being Gold Crest Surveyors and Cosey Homes Chartered Surveyors. Followed the link and booked a survey with Gold Crest, only to be told the following day, “they don’t cover that area”. That begs the question who give a quote when you know the address and even allow you to book a survey ? The following day before I booked a survey with Cosey Homes Chartered Surveyors I telephoned them and asked if they covered the area. Yet again despite knowing the address and giving a quote they said they didn’t The site is useless !!!!
