He appeared to be more interested in talking to his colleague about personal things. He stated we had a chimney breast on his report which we don’t. Also stated there was rot on the facia boards on the porch which there isn’t. He also identified issues as a maybe! without qualifying them. Concerned about the accuracy of the surveys he carries out.
