I needed a homebuyer's report on a small one bed flat and I was inundated with surveyors trying to sign me up for the work for the extortionate amount of approx £500. The e-mails were generic, most just called me by my surname, no Mr/Mrs etc. You really need to let people be more precise with their details and respond accordingly.
