I found the list of surveyors you provided to be very useful, particularly the qualifications and telephone numbers.
However,of the three enquiries I made two produced quotes widely different from your estimates and did not include the Vat element.Some
addresses were evidently incorrect.
I was able to negotiate an acceptable fee and was impressed with the speed with which the survey was completed. I now await delivery of the written report, having heard from the surveyor that nothing untoward came to light. So, some good, some poor.
