The surveyor which extremely helpful and offered to discuss anything further with me over the phone. He was very thorough and carried out the job in great depth covering all areas of the property. There were lots of photos included in the report which helped to identify areas of possible future work required. The report was very detailed and gave his professional opinion of many areas which is very useful and gave good explanations as to why things needed further maintenance etc. He gave excellent customer service, as well as the team at in the office as well. I would highly recommend using these surveyors as I certainly will in the future.
