Some minor delay getting report sent to me due to some web site all surveyors use, going diwn.however, once received I found the survey extensive and detailed, even though the house in question was full if furniture, floor coverings and loft packed with stored items. I had researched prices in the area concerned, Wiltshire and this was near the cheapest so good value fir money. I probably will not be buying the house in question as to much work, repairs needed, half at least of which I would not know about if I had not had this survey so potentially saved me from huge costs. Highly recommend therefore.
