Service was easy to use and forwarded several possible surveyors. But these surveyor details were no suitable, they all failed to reply promptly or not at all when I was seeking a homebuyer report. Also when I did chase the surveyors they were booked out for at least 10 -14 days. The site needs to be improved to allow for a suitable date / dates to be selected and only surveyors with availability should be forwarded.
