I asked for a homebuyers survey, I will not be requiring a mortgage, so it was simply for my own peace of mind.
The site was very easy to use, and information from a number of firms came in promptly, which was impressive.
Some of the prices quoted were very high, and I would strongly advise asking for a "best quote" and shopping around, do not just pay up!!
