My review covers appointments only, for this I can only give a poor, due to the appointment being missed by the booking office even though the payment had been taken 12 days before.
The vendor had to phone them to find out what was happening, apparently it was a technical hitch, no specific reason was given.
I was only informed after a new date had been arranged.
Not good enough as the vendor had made specific arrangements to be available at this time on this date.
