I have not received the copy of the full survey report yet. The survey was carried out by GTA Chartered Surveyors & Chartered Engineers on the first week of January 2024. I did receive the promised call back from the surveyor after the survey which was helpful. My payment was delayed because their request for payment somehow ended up in my spam emails which I took sometime to realise and deal with. After paying the survey fee I expected the full report to be emiled to me right away but I am still waiting.. a long wait... £633...
