After performing a search, the majority of surveyors who contacted me were not neccessarily based locally, but could send a local surveyor out. I was bombarded by texts, emails and calls from several companies - I feel that my contact details should not be shared automatically and I should be able to pick and choose the companies I want to contact for further details.
